Generally speaking, safe production refers to taking a series of measures to make the production process in line with the specified material conditions and work order, effectively eliminate or control the dangerous and harmful factors, no casualties and property losses and other production accidents, so as to ensure the safety and health of personnel, equipment and facilities from damage, environmental damage, so as to make the production and business activities smoothly progress a state of a line.

Generally speaking, the concept of “safe production” refers to the harmonious operation of people, machines, materials, environment and methods in social production activities, so as to keep all kinds of potential accident risks and injury factors in the production process under effective control, and effectively protect the life safety and health of workers. In other words, in order to make the labor process under the material conditions and work order in line with the safety requirements, prevent production accidents such as personal injury and property loss, eliminate or control dangerous and harmful factors, and protect the safety and health of workers, equipment and facilities from damage and environmental damage.

Safety production is the unity of safety and production, its purpose is to promote production safety, production must be safe. To do a good job in safety work and improve working conditions can mobilize the enthusiasm of workers in production; to reduce the casualties of employees can reduce the loss of labor force; to reduce property loss can increase the benefits of enterprises, which will undoubtedly promote the development of production; and production must be safe because safety is the prerequisite for production, and without safety, production cannot be carried out.
